Welcome to AJ's Fitness Centre's web site.This web site has been designed to give present and future customers a taste of what our gym has to offer. Whether it be weight training, cardiovascular training, aerobics or just an all year round tan, AJ's is the place for you. So who are we?AJ's Fitness Centre was opened in January 99, the aim was to provide a modern fitness centre with state of the art equipment, excellent staff and happy customers. At the present time we believe we have achieved all of the aims originally set, with approximately one thousand members AJ's is growing from strength to strength. Feel free to look around and see what we have to offer. Please allow some time for the pictures to download. Happy 10th Birthday AJ's!On January 10th 2009 AJ's Fitness Centre will be 10 years old, which we are very proud of, and to celebrate we are holding a 10th birthday open day. 10th Birthday Flyer Lots of exciting things will be happening on the day including free classes and free gym access all day. There's lots of things for children to do including an indoor bouncy castle, face painting, football coaching, a penalty shootout competition, a cheerleading class and a sing and sign class for babies. If you just fancy some pampering instead we will be offering half price sunbeds, free sauna sessions, our beauty therapist will be available all day, there will be a gym wear clothing rail and a Mary Kay cosmetics and skin care stall. Our special guest for the day will be the beautiful Miss Blaby who you can have your photo with if you would like. There will be some amazing membership offers available on the day! There will also be a raffle and competitions. So basically there's something for everyone, we're even having birthday cake and wine to celebrate. So why not come along and join in the party. Do 3 classes in a row (combat, pump and step) and get sponsored for rainbows charity.
